That is exactly why we are implementing and practicing prescribed procedures for social distancing and self-separation amidst COVID-19. As you probably are aware of the security proposals — including those for our clients and staff — can and will probably change in the understanding of the CDC and our state suggestions. Tarrin Roberts 

With six plus years experience in the security industry, Tarrin Roberts currently holds the position of chief operations officer for Mass Security LLC. He is responsible for the general oversight for the day to day operations of our uniformed services, the training and development of all officers as well as compliance management and client relations. It all started in late 2015 while pursuing a career in law enforcement with an interest in corrections when he was introduced to the private sector. After that initial introduction he fell in love with the various opportunities in the industry and single handedly built the structure and foundation for an agency where he would later become the director of security operations and training manager. 


He served for a little over four years in that role. With his experience and certifications he later entered into the corporate private security sector serving as site managers and operations managers for a few of the worlds largest private security firms to date. With a vision of professional ,dedicated, and effective security services, Mr Roberts joined Mass Security LLC at a management level in June of 2021. Since joining Mr. Roberts has secured and maintained long term client relationships, policies and procedures, and a team of dedicated officers with an emphasis on training. Currently a correctional officer on a federal rotation, Mr. Roberts is actively licensed, certified, and in partnership with several agencies nationwide. To date Mr. Roberts is currently a Georgia licensed private detective and armed security officer, a Georgia Board of Private Detectives and Security Agencies classroom and firearms instructor, an American Heart Association first aid/CPR/AED instructor, a law enforcement defensive tactics instructor and a state certified process server, just to name a few.

 Although he may come off as a drill sergeant to some and has a direct and no BS approach, he is very compassionate and empathetic to the needs of our clients, staff, and the overall needs of the general public as it pertains to safety and security. Mr. Roberts continues to serve the industry with pride, integrity and innovation as he strives to implement the values and mission of Mass Security LLC in the pursuit to becoming the leader of private security services in the metro atlanta area and eventually the entire nation. Mass Security LLC is honored to have Mr. Roberts on the team and looks forward to the many opportunities that will arise as a result of him paving the way of our uniformed security services, special operations and integrated training endeavors.
